Our General Accommodation Rate Terms and Conditions:

Rates are based on availability, and can be affected by holidays, conventions and special events. All quoted rates are offered on a per room basis unless otherwise stated and are plus relevant taxes, levies and service charges. Where rates are affected by changes in government, city, tourism or any applicable taxes, we reserve the right to pass such increases on to our clients. Rates not yet quoted for confirmed bookings are subject to change without prior notice. We regret that we are unable to accept personal checks unless they have been cleared by us in advance of guest arrival.  We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Diners International, as well proprietary traveller's cheques.
