Jun 22, 2016

Yes, your dream has come true! Now you can relive Anna and Elsa’s magical journey at the Hyperion Theater. Disney’s larger-than-life film, ‘Frozen’, made its grand debut last month which ended a 13-year run of the classic show, ‘Aladdin.’ This musical is full of mind-blowing special effects, extravagant costumes and heartwarming theatrical numbers, that the whole family will love!

‘Frozen’ will use the same music from the movie composed by the talented duo of Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez. With most songs from the movie written as solos or duets, the production team had to adapt the songs to incorporate the entire cast. The show will include fan favorites such as “Love Is An Open Door,” “For The First Time in Forever,” and “Do You Want To Build a Snowman?”

No matter the time of year, this interactive show will have you thinking that you’re in a winter wonderland. Aurora Borealis themed curtains surround the audience which help set the mood throughout the show. Towards the end of the show Elsa creates her famous ice castle which stretches out around the audience. Along with the ice castle, a giant 20-foot-wide chandelier drops down above the crowd to complete the winter scene.

You’ll have plenty of chances to see, ‘Frozen’, as The Hyperion Theater will run the show 7 days a week, 3 times a day with plans of adding more shows as the summer season continues. Every Disneyland guests will be able to attend the show with regular admission to California Adventure Park.
