California Adventure Food & Wine Festival
Between March 2 and April 12, 2018, the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will bring foodies and wine lovers together for its third consecutive year. This Disneyland® event highlights California culture with a cornucopia of small-plates, wines, and beers. If you have a passion for delicious cuisine, fine wine, or beer, this event is certainly for you.
There are fun options for the whole family at the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. We recommend participating in Sweet Sundays, where celebrity chefs from Food Network and other outlets will show you how they make their signature desserts and might just let you sample their delectable creations. This event is reservation only. There’s also the Jr. Chef event where children aged three to 11 will have a chance to bake their favorite treats, all under the supervision of Chef Goofy.
Learn From the Best
At the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, you have the opportunity to learn new tricks and tips from incredibly talented food and beverage professionals. Celebrity chefs such as Robert Irvine and Alex Guarnaschelli will be among those offering culinary demonstrations to add to your recipe repertoire.
If you’re in town with a group of friends or significant others for the weekend and looking for good dinner and drinks options, consider Brewmaster Beer Dinners. At Steakhouse 55, Karl Strauss Brewing Company will offer a four-course beer menu where you’ll enjoy a hand-crafted beer with various cuisines. Plus, there are Winemaker Dinner events, offering three nights of gourmet, wine-focused pairing meals highlighting wines from California vintners.
On top of all that, you won’t want to miss the wine education and tasting seminars on Sonoma Terrace at Golden Vine Winery. Learn about various wines, receive tasting notes, and ask questions. Plus, you can mix, muddle, stir or shake with acclaimed distillers and craft spirit makers. Discover different styles of drinks and make your own cocktail.
The fun doesn’t stop here! You will also be treated to live music, entertainment, and other specialties during this amazing six-week Disney® food and wine festival. If you’re in town for it and looking for a place to kick your feet up and relax after a fun day of activity, Tropicana Inn & Suites is just a five-minute walk from the park.
