One of the beloved theme park’s special events, Disneyland® After Dark: Pride Nite, debuted in 2023. It was immediately received as one of the most vibrant, joyful, and inclusive celebrations of the year, so it’s returning for a third run in 2025 (just two nights, though, so don’t wait to finalize plans!)! This special ticketed event takes place after hours and transforms Disneyland® into a colorful, whimsical, and welcoming playground full of music, dancing, themed treats, and character appearances, all in celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community.

When is Disneyland® After Dark Pride Nite?

2025’s event takes place across two nights, June 16th and 18th. Tickets are available now and will almost certainly sell out, so secure yours ASAP.

Celebrate the Diversity That Makes Anaheim Shine

Disneyland® After Dark: Pride Nite is a celebration of the diversity that gives Anaheim its energy and color year-round. Disneyland® goes all out for this event, from rainbow-themed lighting on Main Street, U.S.A. to music-filled dance parties in Tomorrowland and Rivers of America, themed photo ops, and even special fireworks.

Guests are encouraged to express themselves through fashion and style (which is always true in Disney® parks, but even more so during Pride Month!), and it’s common to see everything from colorful accessories to full Pride flag capes…and definitely some unexpected creative surprises. Expect lots of selfie requests, an overwhelmingly supportive vibe, and a night that feels all at once welcoming, electric, and empowering.

What to Expect at Pride Nite

Every year, Disneyland® After Dark: Pride Nite includes returning favorites and at least a few new surprises. While full details continue to roll out right up until the event date, here are some of the things we’ve seen in past years.

  • High-energy dance parties hosted by DJs, some very well-known, at multiple stages around the park
  • Special character meet-and-greets, including rare appearances and characters dressed in bold rainbow-themed outfits
  • A special Pride Cavalcade, a mini-parade full of music and vibrant costumes
  • After-hours access to popular rides with shorter wait times (one of the biggest perks of attending one of Disney®’s After Dark events!)
  • Event-exclusive snacks and treats, from rainbow beignets to colorful layered cocktails

The event officially runs from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., but your ticket lets you enter the park as early as 6:00 p.m., giving you an extra three hours to enjoy the atmosphere before the party kicks off.

Don’t Miss the Pride-Themed Merchandise and Food

Pride Nite also brings special-edition merchandise and rainbow-themed menu items. Look for colorful churros, festive cupcakes, multi-colored funnel cakes, and glow-in-the-dark drinks at select food carts and restaurants around the park. If you’re into Disney® merch, be sure to check out limited-run tees, pins, accessories, and the ever-popular ears headbands only available during the event.
